1. TEAM REGISTRATIONS
Saturday 25th February, 2017 - 9.00 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.
Registrations will only be accepted on the Registration forms at the Newcastle Netball Centre, National Park,Union St Newcastle on the specified day. (unless otherwise advised).
ADDITIONAL PLAYER REGISTRATION:
Thursday 30th March, 2017. - 6.00 pm – 8.00 pm. Newcastle Netball Centre, National Park, Union Street, Newcastle.
NO POSTAL REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED
All registrations must be fully and carefully completed.
ALL TEAMS PLEASE NOTE: should duplication occur in team name/colour -Teams may be asked to change.
2. GRADING:
10 Years GRADING - All 10 Year’s teams’ are required to attend
Thursday 2nd March, 2017 - 6pm - Newcastle Netball Courts. All teams to supply their own
Umpire.
If grading is required for any other grade or age it will be held on Saturday 4th March, 2017 You will be contacted on Thursday night 2nd March 2017 if your team needs to attend.
3. COMPULSORY UMPIRING SESSIONS FOR ALL PLAYERS
SENIORS, 21’s, CADETS, AND 15 YEAR OLD PLAYERS.
Saturday 18th March, 2017
Orientation to Umpiring course to be conducted by N.N.A.Umpires Committee –
1 Hour duration…Whistles and appropriate footwear will be required for practical sessions.

JUNIORS (11 – 14 Years)
All Compulsory Club Umpiring Sessions for Junior and Intermediate Players must be completed and returned to Dianne Burns by 13th May, 2017
Failure to do so will result in no points being awarded.
Club’s Lecture Dates, Time, Presenter and Venue must be supplied to Dianne
Burns by the 13th March, 2017

4. ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS
FOLLOWED BY FIRST COUNCIL MEETING
Monday 13th March, 2017 commencing at 7-30pm.
Venue: ‘DELL SAUNDERS CLUBROOMS’
Newcastle Netball Centre, National Park, Union Street, Newcastle
One (1) competition point shall be allocated to each Senior Team whose delegate attends the Annual General Meeting and for the one (1) point to be retained the teams delegate must remain in attendance at such meeting until the conclusion of the meeting.
5. COUNCIL MEETINGS for 2017.

Monday 24th July 2017 at 7-30 pm.

First Game on this day only will start at 8.00 am.

Fun while playing and learning the skills of catching and throwing and landing
correctly. Boys and Girls from 5 and 6 years upwards
Net Set Go will start on Saturday 29th April, 2017 at 9.30 a.m. at National Park Netball

Who have not presented proof of birth date previously must present Birth Certificate, Statutory Declaration or other acceptable proof of birth date to their club .
12. SENIORS AND CADETS
All players playing Seniors must pay Senior Fees.
REGISTRATION FEES MUST ACCOMPANY ALL REGISTRATIONS FORMS.
UNFINANCIAL TEAMS OR INDIVIDUAL UNFINANCIAL PLAYERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER UNTIL ALL OUTSTANDING MONIES ARE PAID.
NO REGISTRATION FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH LESS THAN SEVEN (7) PLAYERS.
SUB JUNIOR – Boys and Girls.
7 Years. To be played on a non competitive basis.
8 Years and will not be graded. Each team to
9 Years supply their own competent umpire
(Sub Junior teams will play and be umpired to the
Official rules Boys and Girls included)
7 and 8 Years will play with a size 4 ball.
