Inquire / Access theSRCHby entering SCRH In Quick Navigation field from any screen or by selecting SRCHfrom the main menu. (Case & Actor tabs) / The SRCH screen will appear with the cursor in the Surname field.
If navigatingto SRCHfrom another Actor/Case level screen the ID will carry over as sticky data, click New to begin a new search.
Inquire / Enter a name in the Surname field and select Contains from the dropdown, press enter or click Find / The grid will be populated with the cases that have anactor with the Surname containing the value entered.
Inquire / Click New to begin another search. Enter a value in the Surname field and select Ends Like from the drop down, press enter or click Find / The grid will be populated with the cases that have an actor with the Surname that ends with the value entered.
Inquire / Click New to begin another search. Enter a value in the Surname field and select Exact from the drop down, press enter or click Find / The grid will be populated with the cases that have an actor with the Surname that is an exact match to the value entered.
Inquire / Click New to begin another search. Enter a value in the Surname field and select Sounds Like from the drop down, press enter or click Find / The grid will be populated with the cases that have an actor with the Surname that sounds like the value entered.
Inquire / Click New to begin another search. Enter a value in the Surname field and select Starts Like from the drop down, press enter or click Find / The grid will be populated with the cases that have an actor with the Surname that begins with the value entered.
Inquire / Click New to begin another search. Enter a value in the Given Name field, press enter or click Find / The grid will be populated with the cases with an actor having the name entered in Given Name field.
Inquire / Click New to begin another search. Enter a value in the Birth Name field, press enter or click Find / The grid will be populated with the cases with an actor having the name entered in Birth Name field.
Inquire / Click New to begin another search. Enter a valid case ID, press enter or click Find. / The grid will be populated with the information for the entered case only.
Inquire / Click, the New icon to begin another search. Enter a valid Actor ID / The grid will be populated the information of all the cases for the entered Actor ID
Inquire / Click the New icon to begin another search, enter a valid date of birth, press enter or click Find / Search cannot be done by DOB alone, the Surname will turn Red and the message “Enter Required Fields” will be displayed.
Inquire / Click the New icon and search using the other field or combinations of the fields / The grid will be populated with the cases that meet the entered criteria.
Inquire / Search for cases by a valid Name or other parameter that would likely return multiple cases. Select a row in the grid and click the arrow at the end of the row. / The accordion will open and display key case and actor information.
Inquire / Click the View all and Hide all arrow at the top of the grid. / The accordion will open/close the all the cases in the grid.
Inquire / Select a row in the grid and click on one of the associated screens / The user will navigate to that screen will the case number as sticky data.
