New supplier information

Payments are made on a Self Bill basis (see attached documents).

Our standard payment terms are 45 days from ‘End of Month’. Alternative arrangements can be agreed for weekly payment. PLEASE CONTACT EMMA OR SHAUN TO DISCUSS.

45 DAYS E.O.M. / WEEKLY PAYMENT

Trailer supply

We supply a 4.5 meter trailer at a flat rate rate of £110 + VAT per week.

All damages to trailers hired through us will be recharged to you. Tyres are covered for wear & tear but not for punctures or blow outs.

Fuel card

Fuel card can be supplied after a 1 week period if required. We provide a print out of the fuel used and do not charge any uplift on the weekly fuel prices.

Fuel, Trailer and charges will be charged and contra’dagainst the weekly earnings.

Mileage rates

From Scotland to England we pay a job rate BUT where possible we try to average around £1.20 per mile.

From England to Scotland we offer £1.40 per mile minimum to £2.00 per mile depending on location & customer. England to England we offer £1.40 per mile to £2.00 per with the same conditions as above.

Local jobs & trunking jobs will all be job rated.

Any changes to the above must be agreed with senior management.

All mileage rates are calculated with AA Auto Route planner on main roads & motorways.

POD returns

All original POD paperwork must be sent to the below address by Tuesday of the following week at the very latest, failure to do so will result in a reduced Self Bill. All paper work MUST BE SIGNED. Keep copies for your records.

Drivers should install a scanning app on their mobile phones, scan POD at each delivery point and email to before leaving the job.

Payment

All payments are made by BACS

Leaving the Company

Should you decide to leave then payment for your last week’s work will be paid 60 days from month end (with no 4% deduction if you have taken the prompt payment terms)

Any final de-hired trailer damages will be recharged and contra’d from your final payment.
