General Information 2018 – 2019
Entrance Requirement: Children must be 3 years of age to be eligible for Option 1. Children, 4 years of age or older will be eligible for Option II & III. Children who do not meet the age requirement at the start of the school year have the option of enrolling for a delayed start. The enrollment options will be open only until maximum levels are achieved. (These numbers are governed by the Ohio Dept. of Education.)
Session Options: Wee Patriots Pre-School offers five options to fit the variety of needs within the home.
Session IA – This is an introductory program designed for children who will be 3 years of age by Aug.1, 2018. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30a.m. – 11:30a.m. at a cost of $ 900.00 a year. Session IB – This class is from 8:30a.m. – 11:30 a.m. with extended care from 11:30-2:30 on Tuesday and Thursday at a cost of $ 1,350.00 a year. This option will include a lunch period and rest time.
Session IIA – This program is designed for children who will be 4 years of age by Aug. 1, 2018. Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30a.m. – 11:30a.m. at a cost of $ 1,080.00 a year.
Session IIB – This class is from 8:30a.m. – 11:30 a.m. with extended care from 11:30-2:30 on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridayat a cost of $ 1,800.00. This option includes a lunch period and rest time.
Session III – This program is also designed for children 4 years of age or older by Aug. 1, 2018. Preschool classes are held on Monday thru Friday from 8:30a.m. – 11:30 a.m. with extended care until 2:30p.m. each dayat a cost of $ 2,475.00. This option will include a lunch period and rest time
Session IIIA – This program is also designed for children 4 years of age or older by Sept. 1, 2018.
Preschool classes are held on Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at a cost of $1,980.00.
Before and after care is available from 7:30-8:30 a. m. and 2:30-3:00 p. m. at a rate of $2/per hour.
Registration Fee: There is a $25.00 registration fee per child, per year. This fee is due at the time the completed registration form is returned to the school office. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of refusal of admittance to the school. (A place will not be held unless this fee is paid.)
Book/Material Fee: A fee of $75.00 will be charged annually to cover the cost of reading books, workbooks, supplies, Weekly Reader, arts and crafts, and T-shirts for field trips. Book fees must be paid in full by Sept. 1, of that year. A late charge of $25.00 will be assessed after this date, if a registered student has not paid.
Tuition Payment: Payable in one of three options:
Option I – Full payment made by Sept. 1, 2018.
Option II– Two equal payments due Sept. 1, 2018 and January 15, 2019.
Option III – Nine months tuition may be paid in 9 monthly installments (Sept. 1, 2018 – May 1, 2019).
There will be a $2.00/day fee assessed each day a payment is late.
Assistance: Financial assistance on a sliding fee scale or from Job & Family Services may be available.
Lunch: Students who are enrolled in an all-day program may bring their lunch or purchase a lunch in the school
cafeteria. Free and reduced lunch forms are available upon request.
Program Certification: Wee Patriots Pre-School is licensed to operate by the Ohio Department of Education and is a 5 Star SUTQ rated program.
