DPW REQUESTS FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES
The state Department of Public Works has been authorized to retain consultants/firms to work on the contracts/projects described below.
Qualification submittal deadline: October 13, 2010.
DESIGN-BUILD: Contract Number: BI-JD-239-DB. To design and build a new Litchfield Judicial District Courthouse and related facilities at 59 Field Street in Torrington. This state-of-the-art facility will include a 117,000 gross square foot courthouse, renovation of an existing two-story office building with a total of 43,500 gross square feet, and required site improvements in the development of the 5.5-acre site. The design-build budget is $60 million.
