We have worked hard to take admin out of meetings and doing this in different just in time smarter ways e.g.:
·  Using google docs
·  Shared google calendars
·  Team and whole school weekly news letters outlining expectations (examples attached)
·  Shared document storage via google docs and or our Smart-Time server
·  Using newsletters, online school notice system, email, texting, website as means of communication
