NO ACTION ON ITEM E UNDER THE COUNTY JUDGE ON THE AGENDA: Review proposal from ThyssenKrupp Elevators for new doors.

To approve emergency funding for Hale Center EMS in the amount of $2500.00 to be paid immediately out of the Contingency Fund with the understanding that Hale Center EMS will make every effort to pay the money back within 6 months.

To approve the Mentalix Annual Maintenance Agreement for the Sheriff’s Office effective 12-11-13 thru 12-11-14 in the amount of $3200.00 and also an equipment upgrade for Mentalix in the amount of $3500.00 and authorize that a check be issued immediately for both amounts. See exhibit O.

The Sheriff’s Office put on a jail school with a 100% pass rate. Paul Sawaya was one of the attendees and passed the state test but it will not affect his pay rate because he was hired with a higher pay rate. The following pay raises are for individuals that passed the test.
