This form is to be used only when you are planning to use the clubhouse for an event. All pool rules are in effect when using the clubhouse. Under no circumstances may a homeowner/lessee may have more than four guests per unit at any time- the pool cannot be reserved or private parties.
I have read the rules on the reverse side of this form, governing the use of the Seneca Gardens Clubhouse and hereby agree to abide by them. I understand that any infraction of the rules may result in monetary penalties. I further understand if there are damages or clean up expenses after my use of the clubhouse, the amount will be deducted from my deposit.

Clubhouse Rules:
1. Only a homeowner of Seneca Gardens can reserve the clubhouse. Tenants must have the owners of their unit make the reservation and the owner will be held responsible.
2. All pool rules are in effect when using the clubhouse. Under no circumstances may a homeowner/lessee have more than four guests per unit in the pool area at any time. The pool cannot be used for private parties.
3. The homeowner/lessee reserving the clubhouse must remain present in the clubhouse at all times during the event. If the pool is used by any guest a homeowner/lessee must be present with guest at the pool.
4. No reservations will be accepted more than forty-five (45) days in advance of the date of the function. If there are two reservations for the same day. The party that has used the clubhouse the least during the prior six months will receive the reservation.
a. The forty-five (45) day advance reservation limit and fees do not apply to the Seneca Gardens Association, which may make reservations in advance to hold Board meetings, holiday events etc…providing those events are approved by the Board of Directors.
5. This form must be signed and returned to Management Association Consultants with two separate checks one for a rental fee in the amount of $25.00 and the second check for a deposit fee in the amount of $100.00 made payable to Seneca Gardens HOA which is refundable only if the clubhouse is left in a clean, orderly and undamaged condition. The deposit will be used to pay for necessary cleaning, repairs of damages or replacement of missing items. If the deposit is not sufficient to cover said damages the balance will be assessed to the homeowner’s account with the Association.
6. The clubhouse must be vacated by 10:30 p.m. on weekdays and 11:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
7. Any event held in the clubhouse which results in boisterous and/or unruly conduct as determined by the Board of Directors, may result in monetary penalties and/or suspension of clubhouse privileges.
8. Any documented disturbance or violation of the Association’s rules will result in a $50.00 monetary penalty and/or the cost of any damage to the Association property.
9. The clubhouse may not be used for illegal, commercial or political purposes. There are to be no signs, posters, or distribution of literature in, about or facing the common area.
10. The Seneca Gardens Association is not liable of any misuse or misconduct of the facility.
