Began working on this DVR project when it was only a few months old then grew to support over 200,000 users. Created new DVR features unique to MythTV: FindOne, "New Titles" lists, "Custom Record" arbitrary search capability, FindDaily, FindWeekly, "Watch List" sorted recordings, Automatic Priority, Custom Priority, along with many other features. Also, applied performance testing and tuning skills, resolved bugs, wrote documentation, answered user question.

Responsible for Ureg2 user registration and login application, membership directory databases and associated data for more than 25 million Netcenter members. This system involved web servers using IIOP/CORBA to connect to central logic code which communicates through LDAP to directory servers, SQL*Net to Oracle and through SMTP for e-mail messages. Tasks include escalated problem analysis and resolution, design feedback to developers, performance tuning, developing monitoring tools, scripting repetitive tasks, and writing procedural documentation.
