Position would be located at a home office in the assigned territory. Gaumard has manufactured and marketed simulators for health care education for more than 60 years. The Regional Sales Director West provides direction and leadership to the Territory Sales Managers within their region. Position is also responsible for customer satisfaction and market share in their region.

Job Description

·  Responsible for sales revenues within an assigned region

·  Accountable for TSM performance by providing clear expectations and coaching.

·  Leads TSM team through assisting in directing sales activities within region

·  Responsible for regional forecasting, tracking, and sales funnel development

·  Work with Senior Management to develop annual business plans for assigned region

·  Provide training experiences for TSM’s for both product and sales training

·  Responsible to recruit, hire and train new talent to the region

Qualifications

·  Bachelors degree in life sciences or business

·  Minimum of 5 years sales management experience or 7 years sales experience

·  Understanding of the sales cycle in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare education markets

·  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·  Ability to travel 50-75%, including evenings and weekends

·  Excellent organizational skills
