Residential and Commercial Landscape Maintenance
Dear Valued Customer,
Hello and welcome to the 2009 Landscaping Season! This letter serves as the contract for the 2009 Season. Please read through the outlined policies and procedures as well as the enclosed estimate. If you would like services for this season, please initial the desired services on the estimate and sign the bottom of this contract. Both forms must be returned before services can begin. We have moved our business office, so please return forms and payments to the following address:

Landscaping Contract valid from 3/01/09 to 2/28/10.
Terms and Conditions:
*Basic lawn service includes mowing of all lawn areas and trimming around obstacles when needed.
*Hard services directly adjacent to the lawn will also be cleaned.
*Lawns are mowed/not mowed when needed, but at our discretion.
*Lawns are to be kept free of excessive garbage and animal waste. “Oscar” Meyer Landscaping and its employees take no responsibility for damages to sprinkler heads or any other sprinkler system device located within the lawn mowing area.
*Lawns are to be kept free of excessive amounts of lawn furniture, lawn ornaments and children or animal toys.
*During the months of October and November customers will see an extra lawn mowing charge added to those months’ invoices. This charge, which equals the cost of one lawn mowing, will cover the added labor cost and/or the disposal fee for removing yard waste.
*Customers paying on a monthly basis will receive the invoice in the mail within the first seven days of the following month.
*Payments are expected to be received in our office before the due date on the invoice.
*If payment is not received the customer will receive a phone call notifying them that payment was not received. The customer will then have five business days to pay their account in full. If payment is still not received then lawn services will be halted immediately and your account will be forwarded to an attorney for collection. If payment is received, services will continue as normal.
*Customers are allowed only one late payment per season. With your second late payment, “Oscar” Meyer Landscaping will begin considering you a “high risk” customer and will require advance payment for services. If this occurs, you will need to have paid for at least five lawn mowings at the beginning of each month in order for us to service your lawn that month.
*If you are in default and we refer your account to an attorney or collection agency, you agree to pay our legal fees as allowed by law. You also agree to pay any other collection or court costs we incur as allowed by law.
Your signature below indicates that you agree to follow the above policies and procedures and our interpretations of these policies.
No work of any kind will begin until “Oscar” Meyer Landscaping receives a signed contract. Signed contracts must be received before March 14, 2009. Contracts received after this date may not be honored and pre-season pricing will not be guaranteed.
