BELOW ARE THE EXPECTATIONS OF CLEANLINESS AND MOVE-OUT CONDITION OF YOUR UNIT.

Use this letter as a guideline to insure you have properly and completely prepared the unit for the new resident. The new resident will be moving in right after you vacate so it’s important that you have the unit ready. You must vacate by the last day of the month at12:00 NOON. Failure to move @ 12:00 NOON will result in penalties up to an including losing your security deposit. Please keep this in mind and refer to your lease if you have questions.

MOVE-OUT INSPECTION/CONDITION AND CHARGES

Upon move-out at 12:00 Noon, the following is a list of the items to be cleaned and the charges that will be incurred in the event the items are not cleaned or there is damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Flooring

Hardwood/Carpet Floors (Steam cleaned, swept and mopped)$.50/sq/foot

Note that all carpet will need to be shampooed. Below are a couple vendors that provide this service. Please keep receipt and provide to landlord at time of departure. Note if you have a pet ask the vendor to guarantee that they will remove all stains, smell,AND pet hair. YOU NEED TO PROVIDE A RECEIPT.

Refrigerator (Pull out and clean behind. $120

Must be spotless. Clean bottom tray. Clean freezer.

Clean interior door. Clean grooves in seal and gaskets.)

*The expectation is swept, mopped and all windows including sills wiped out and windows washed. All rubbish left at the dumpster will be charged $50/per item. I will be charged for rubbish at the dumpster. There will also be a fuel surcharge passed on to you in the same amount that our hauler charges. You need to take furniture that is garbage with you and dispose of it accordingly.
