SunTrust Deadline is rolling – entries accepted September 12, 2016 through May 12, 2017 - Two $500 scholarship winners will be randomly chosen every two weeks beginning October 28, 2016 until May 12, 2017.30 total winners will be chosen at random during this time period. Entrants can be any high school senior or college undergraduate (no GPA or financial need requirement). Go Build Georgia High Demand Career Scholarship Deadline is November 15, 2017: $1,000 scholarship that is geared toward programs leading to careers deemed “high demand,” as identified through the Governor’s High Demand Career Initiative. These scholarships can work in concert with the Strategic Industries Workforce Development Grants (SIWDG) as they can be used to cover not only tuition, but may be used for requisite fees and materials. Elks National Foundation Scholarships Deadline is November 30, 2016 - will award over $2 million nationally to this year’s senior class! These scholarships are based on a combination of financial need, scholastic ability, national test scores, leadership, extracurricular activities, civic involvement, as well as other areas that identify the well-rounded student.
