Listed Below Is the Scheduled Maintenance, and Pipeline Outages, for May That Will Affect

Listed below is the scheduled maintenance, and pipeline outages, for 2005 that will affect pipeline capacity on the Southern Star Central (SSC) system. Changes to this schedule are possible, and will be posted to the bulletin board as soon as firm dates are known.

Rawlins-Hesston – Line Segment(s) 490 & 491

August 1 – August 2, 2005

Yuma station – Yuma compressor station will be unavailable for maintenance.. At this time, SSC does not anticipate any reductions of pipeline capacity.

August 3, 2005

St. Francis station – St. Francis compressor station will be unavailable for maintenance.. At this time, SSC does not anticipate any reductions of pipeline capacity.

August 22 – August 24, 2005

Merino Station - Merino compressor station will be unavailable for annual maintenance. At this time, SSC does not anticipate any reductions of pipeline capacity.

October 3 – October 8, 2005

Otis Station - Otis compressor station will be down for annual maintenance. During this outage capacity through St. Francis station will be limited to 170,000 mcf/d and receipts upstream on line segments 490/491 could be affected. SSC will reduce to primary only beginning on October 2, 2005.

October 4 – October 5, 2005

Arlington Station – Arlington compressor station will be down for maintenance. During this outage capacity through St. Francis station on line segment 490 will be limited to 170,000 mcf/d due to maintenance at Otis Station, no further reductions are anticipated.

South of Edmond – Line Segment(s) 340, 385, 390, & 400

July 19, 2005

SSC will be rerunning a smart pig South of Edmond station on line segment 400. Capacity through Edmond will be reduced to 50,000 during pigging operations and upstream pressures on line segments 340 & 385 could fluctuate. The pigging operations will require last an estimated 6 hours.

September 12 – September 22, 2005

Edmond Station – Unit 1 at Edmond compressor station will be unavailable due to annual maintenance. During this outage capacity through Edmond will be limited to 105,000 mcf/d and receipts upstream on line segments 340, 385, 390, and 400 could be affected.

Hugoton to Hesston – Line segment 130

July 25 – July 27, 2005

SSC is scheduling a station ESD at Hugoton station and other work downstream to coincide with BP Jayhawk plant maintenance and gathering field. During this time, pressures and volumes downstream of Hugoton station may fluctuate.
