Since there are numerous levels of professions at GASCO, Naturally, the company must focus on the ethical behaviors of others, such as: their attitude, language, actions that reflect among others. Moreover, the key behaviors were developed and set ethical behaviors that matter and reflect on the performance within GASCO are important, the high levels of management must not ignore that kind of matters because it has a huge reflect and sensitive on the staff performance.
2.How can ethical guidance and training on ethics provided?
Companies such GASCO can send their employee to courses enhance to adopt different ways of dealing with others, and courses that matters the ethical standers that may help staff to understand approaching ethical behaviors during work.
3.Who should be trained and guided? Why?
In my point of view, everyone, no matters if he/she are the level of managements of lower level, why: each one must understand the ethical behaviors are important to be approaching around the company and the importance that lead to the way of employee perform.
4.How will ethical guidance and training benefit GASCO?
Each head of section must be responsible to guide his /her team member and advice if the member needs to be trained or not.
5.What are the dilemma arising when managers are implementing ethical commitments?
Some of staff will be resistance for such change and the other some will be welcoming such matters. Moreover, there an advantages and disadvantages of that, and the way that need from the manager to approach such as must be highly clear.

- What are the key sets of ethical behaviors that matter for GASCO’s performance?
The dealing with others is most important, and such GASCO’s it needed to have and set ethical behaviors as most things that matters, because the key behaviors were developed for each staff and profession along a range from Assistant to Senior in a way that matches the arrangement of responsibility at work matters that redirect on their performance. Moreover, the Keysets of ethical behaviors enterprise the successful performance of the proficiency and must be a significant difference in skills, abilities and knowledge requirementsthat reflected in the behaviors from one area to the next, in my point of view, the same behavior was used for more than one area by adjusting scale, frequency level, and so the managers must focus on that matters. Additional, the behaviors used for higher job areas truly reflect sensitive levels of skill and knowledge than the behaviors used to describe lower area job requirements and expectations.

In my view, it will be the best are the training department after the head section advice.

Everyone need to be trained, because if you will implement a stander must every employee understand that stander.

In my view it will arise because implementing ethical commitments on employee are hard because of their nature and every one are behave and act differently, so such that it might increase the dilemma among others and that will reflect on their performance.

Ethics is all about behavior. In the face of dilemma, it is about doing the right things .moreover, Ethical managerial leaders and their employees must take the “right” and “good” track when they come to the ethical selectpoints. The purpose of that to sets such as ethical behaviors is to bullthe staff thinking and action toward creating and sustaining an ethical workplace culture, Managerial leaders and their employees are invited to explore how values, actions, and behavioral standards can help steer organizational behavior.
2.How can ethical guidance and training on ethics provided?
All employees must determine that they must act with integrity, always provide a high standard of service that job requirements and needs, act in a way that supports trust in the profession, treat others with respect and take responsibility, additional, this as HR departments we can provides the ethical guidance related to the processes and procedure that the company have been approached earlier on the manual book

As Personnel Officer the guided and trained must be for all the staff, because each one have the right to know his/her responsibility among the diversity corporation, this is an a company which have a cultural diversity and all that behaviors will reflect on the communication with others and their performance, and the company always insist to have courses that increase the level of skills and awareness among others.

It will benefit the company in many ways, for example: Being honest and accurate in all communications between the sections will have a good result and increase in the level of performance, act in the best interest of customers or employers (attitude), the privacy rights of employees, and avoiding conflicts between personal and professional interests, report all ethical violations to the appropriate managerial leaders.
5.What are the dilemma arising when managers are implementing ethical commitments?
Creating and implementing ethical commitments requires all levels of employees believe that the organization wants to act ethically in all it does
however, some behaviorssuch as the middle managers remains unchanged (it might because of long service in the company), and challenges ethical communications and the creation of an ethical culture which is a corporate importance, also, If the middle managers are not faithful, commitment's to the values and ethics of GASCO'S, this is immediately seeming to the lower level employees and this dilemma will continuously arise. The implementation of ethics in GASCO'Sorganization is only as strong as its weakest connection as it movements down into theGASCO'S organization, example on that ; the yearly appraisal, and the feedback that the employee gets each year some of that feedbacks are not taken as ethical and most of the time effect the employee's performance in the year next.
