Upon receipt of this completed form, your entry will be confirmed by e-mail or phone. We look forward to displaying your tree at Rosemoor and sharing the Christmas spirit with our visitors.

Terms & Conditions

1. Either individuals or groups, from families to youth groups or indeed businesses, may decorate Christmas trees. There is an entry fee of £10 per tree, approx. 1.8m (6’) tall provided by Rosemoor. Please accompany the Entry Form with your payment, which can be made by Cheque payable to RHS or by card with the enclosed slip, over the phone or in person at Rosemoor.

2. A maximum of 5 members of the group will be admitted to Rosemoor free of charge for the purpose of setting-up your entry and all Christmas trees will be located inside of our Terrace Marquee. Please provide a sign to identify the group who decorated the tree. You are welcome to bring along any leaflets or advertising material for your organisation to leave beside your tree for promotional purposes.

3. Trees will be available for decoration from Wednesday, 9 December through to Saturday 12 December between the hours of 11am and 4pm. Please return your Entry Form no later than Friday 4 December to receive confirmation of participation. Prior to installation, participants should check in at the Visitor Centre where a member of the Events Team will show you where to set up.

4. Decorations: Should be created using natural materials wherever possible and must hang on the tree, not sit beside or be held up by other means. Although displayed inside, the decorations should be designed for outdoor display to withstand low temperatures. Hazardous items are not allowed, including but not limited to candles, artificial snow, spun fibreglass or other flammable objects. When designing your decorations, please remember this is an event for families and children of all ages. Decorations may be funny, quirky, etc., but must be in good taste. Rosemoor reserves the right to reject or remove any entry that fails to meet these standards or that is otherwise unacceptable or inappropriate.

5. Competition: Votes will be cast as People’s Choice by visitors to Rosemoor between 12 December and 27 December and the winner will be announced online on 30 December. All judging is final. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

7. Rosemoor staff may, from time to time, make minor repairs and/or adjustments to a Christmas tree entry if deemed necessary in their opinion.

8. Whilst every effort will be made to keep the decorations safe Rosemoor is not responsible for any damage or loss to any decorations at any time of the Christmas tree event.

9. Participants agree to display their Christmas decorations through until Monday 4 January 2016. Up to 5 members of the organisation will be given free access to take down their decorations by closing time (5pm) on Wed 6 January; unfortunately we do not have storage space for decorations that are not removed by the end of the day at closing time on 6 January, 2016 and these will be recycled if not collected, unless by prior arrangement.
