ANNUAL INDEPENDENCE DAY PARTY AND
POT LUCK
AT THE POOL
When: Saturday, July 4, 2015,Noon to 3 P.M.
Where: Wellington Community Pool
Note: Holiday Hours July 4, 2015 the pool will open at 11am and will close at 6pm
Wellington residents and their guests are invited to gather in celebration of our country’s freedom with a traditional American (Burgers and Hot Dogs) cook out at the pool. The Association will provide a traditional holiday barbeque fare (Burgers and Hot Dogs -2 meat items per person) and of course the watermelon. This year the Food Service will begin at 12:30 pm and end at 2:30 pm (or until the food is gone). Participants BRING A SIDE DISH OR DESSERT TO SHARE FOR THE POT LUCK. Please see the sign-up sheets at the front entrance, in the on-site office. or on line at please title your message July 4th pot luck.

The event is free to Wellington residents in good standing. A facilities (pool) pass is required. There will be an $8.00 charge per guest, which must to be paid by 5 PM onJuly 2, 2015. Payment must be by check or money order at the Wellington onsite office. Guest tickets may be purchased at the onsite office Monday – Friday 9:30 AM to 4 PM. The office will be closed July 4th. No tickets will be available at the door.
Due to insurance requirements, pool capacity is strictly enforced at this and all pool events. To maintain capacity limits, a count will be kept at the gate. Should the deck limit be reached, others will be allowed to enteras patrons leave. The capacity is the pool area is 352, so please make sure to arrive early to ensure entrance!
