Description:This fast drying, nonconductive, formulation leaves no residue and is safe for use on plastics, rubber, and metal. This next generation product contains no CFC’s, HCFC’s, or other ozone depleters. Blasting spray easily cleans oil, grease, flux, dirt, and other contaminants from contacts, printed circuit boards, switches, motors, precision instruments and more. While advanced in performance and ozone safety, this product is flammable and must therefore be used only on de-energized components and equipment. Always allow to dry and evacuate fumes before power is returned.

Markets:Electronic industry - computers, controllers, tuners, couplings, relays, thermo couples, printed circuits, etc. Health care - precision instrumentation, MRI, catscan, x-ray, info processing, environmental controllers, p.c., printers, office and process machinery. Electronic service companies - elevator service, transportation and automotive, marine industry. Industrial - feed and processing equipment, assembly lines, robotics. Communications & Media - radio, t.v., film, newspapers and magazine production, printers, vending machines, locks, power tools, engines, motors, aircraft and aeronautics, military, coin mechanisms. Other - crystal chandelier cleaner, degreaser prior to solder and tapping, cutting and tapping cooler, removes grease and grime.

Demonstrations:Obtain a 12" X 12" mirror, can of oil, a printed styrofoam cup, a clear polystyrene cup, trash can liner, and paper towels.

  1. Spread a blot of oil across your demo mirror and let set. Using the extension tube, spray a line of solvent through the gear lube and point out to the customer how aggressively our contact cleaner attacks even the toughest of soils.
  2. Spray again onto clean mirror and point out fast evaporation and lack of residue.
  3. With the extension tube attached, spray a line through the printing on styrofoam cup and point out to the customer that not only is plastic unaffected by our product, the printed graphics are also unaffected.
  4. With the extension tube attached and holding the polystyrene cup upside down, spray a one second burst on to the side of the cup. Point out how quickly our product dries with no residue and no effect to the clarity of the plastic.
  5. Deposit soiled towels from clean up into liner and take with you. Nobody likes a smelly office.

Note: If customer is using 28,000 or lower dielectric product, repeat steps 3 and or 4 with customers product and point out the plastic degradation.
