* Equine Consign accepts only clean items in good & safe condition. If items are in need of cleaning, pressing, or repair, a min. fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the first sale of your consignor account. Equine Consign has the right to refuse any item.
* All items sold in AS IS condition.
* Consignment Fees: You will receive percentages listed on the sale of your Items: Clothing/Tack/Accessories Saddle Consignments 60% on items $199.00 and under 70% on Saddles $999. And under 65% on Items $200.00 - $999.00 75% on Saddles $1.000. To $2,999.
70% on items $1000.00 and over 80% on Saddles $3000. And over
* Payment will be sent out by the end of the following month from the selling date by check to the consignor listed.
* Selling price to be determined by Equine Consign unless other arrangements are made.
* Consignor may have price reduced after a specific time, determined by consignor.
* All merchandise after (6) months will be discounted 10% then 20% on the 9th month. After 6 months customer can pick-up items anytime, with notice.
* Articles are left entirely at owner’s risk. Equine Consign is not Liable for loss or damage to any consigned item resulting from fire, flood, theft or any other cause.
