Use of the Scholarship

The scholarship may be used for tuition and related educational expenses.

Application Process

Submit a completed application packet to the Miamisburg High School Guidance Office accompanied,in order, by the items listed below. Please make two copies of the original packet, assembled in the same order, for the scholarship committee. Please note the official transcript from the Guidance Office may be copied. Please submit in the following order:

  1. A copy of the acceptance letter from college/university that includes your Student ID (University ID).
  2. A copy of the summary page from the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) that includes the Estimated Family Contribution (EFC).
  3. A most recent grade transcript including ACT and/or SAT scores.
  4. Please write an essay explaining how you meet the criteria for this scholarship. Your essay should be typed, double spaced, use a 12 point font, and be no more than 300 words.

Selection Process

The Selection of a recipient will be made by various committees.
