Message from the Coach
February has been a very successful month for the Silver group. All of the hard training, both physically and mentally really came through at the championship level meets.Towards the beginning of the month many Silver athletes competed in the Ozark Qualifier. At this meet Emma Kaemmerer, Kyle Borcherding, and Alex Behl became first time qualifiers for the Ozark D1 Champs meet. Taylor Cloutman, Grace Tyson, Lily Maginn, Olivia Clerico, Nour Abdennadher, and Avani Joshi earned additional BB cuts.
Later in the month, many Silver swimmers competed in the Ozark Division 1 Championship meet. At this meet Taylor Cloutman, Avani Joshi, and Jeffrey Ge all earned top 16 finishes. Nate Kirby received top eight finishes. Willem Hummel and Ava Wolf both finished in the top three. Overall the Rockwood 10&Unders had a great meet.
Silver swimmers should look forward to keeping up the hard work during the month of March. This Spring we will be preparing for the first few long course meets, as well at the Long Course Ozarrk Championship meet in July.

Spring Practice Schedule/Water Polo
The schedule for Spring will be changing depending on the month, weather, and water polo season. Below I have given the general schedule for April and May. I should know at the start of each week when water polo games are, and will send out revised times in the weekly emails.We will only go outside in May when the weather is warm enough. If it is too cold/stormy on a given Tuesday/Thursday we will stick to the April schedule.
April Silver Group Schedule (Water Polo will change some practice times on given days)
· Monday: 6:00-7:30pm @ Summit
· Tuesday: 5:30-7:00pm @ Marquette
· Wednesday: 6:00-7:30pm @ Lafayette (will only change once Older groups go outside)
· Thursday: 6:00-7:30pm @ Eureka
· Friday: 5:45-7:15pm @ Lafayette
· Saturday: 11:00am-12:30pm @ Marquette
