LIVOS Gleivo Liquid Beeswax 315- Interior
Description:GLEIVO Liquid Beeswax 315 is ideal for maintaining oiled interior timber such as panelling and furniture. Is anti-static and produces a silky, glossy finish when completely dried. Do a test application to ensure compatibility.
Suitable:Suitable for treatment for the regular care of linoleum, and can be used to refresh waxed timber, cork and stone surfaces, such as floors, panelling and furniture. It is not suitable in moist areas or areas exposed to water splashes.
NB: Do not use on Brushbox (Emmenosperma Alphitionioides) timber.
Technical
Qualities:Liquid. Suitable for airless spraying device. Specific gravity: 0.78 g/ml.
Ingredients:Beeswax, micronized wax, carnauba wax, pine oil, linseed oil, orange oil, isoaliphates, alumina, rosemary oil and drying agents free of lead.
Colours:Tinting is possible with a maximum of 10% VINDO Coating Varnish No. 629.
Tools:Brushing, spraying or with a wadded cloth at temperatures about 12OC.
Coverage:For surface treatment: 1litre is sufficient for approximately 25 m2. Coverage could be considerably less depending upon the condition and absorbency of the surface. For surface care: 1litre is sufficient on average for 100 m2.
Cleaning:Clean equipment immediately after use with SVALOS Thinner or BIO Thinner.
Drying time:At 23oC and 50% relative humidity, approximately 2-4 hours.
Packaging:Glass or made of polyethylene (PE). Both materials are ground water neutral and recyclable.
Safety advice:Safety advice contains limonene.
S2 Keep out of the reach of children.
S62 If swallowed, do not induce vomiting: seek medical advice immediately and show the container or label.
Disposal:According to locally regulated laws.
Container sizes:50mls; 250mls; 1 Litre; 2.5 Litres.
Storage:Cool and dray. Transfer unused portion of portion of product to a smaller container for storage.
Preparation: The surface must be dry, solid, cleanand free of grease and dust. Surface should be pretreated with a compatible natural timber oil, like MELDOS Natural Resin Hardening Oil 264, ARDVOS Wood Oil 266 or stains like KALDET Transparent Wood Stain 270.
Application:Ready to use. Shake or stir product thoroughly before using. Apply very thinly and evenly with a brush or cloth. After approximately 2-4 hours, polish (in the direction of the wood grain of the timber) with a wadded cloth, a wax brush or a floor polisher.
Maintenance:Remove dust with a vacuum cleaner or mop.
Rubber abrasion and stubborn dirt can be removed with SVALOS Thinner 222 or BIO Thinner. Clean with TRENA pH-Neutral Cleaner 556 as necessary.
Important tips:Avery thin treatment of beeswax applied to surfaces with a high electrostatic charge (for example; artificial resin varnishes etc) can significantly reduce static electricity on those surfaces. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying times.
