Leased a channel from Comcast to create a local-oriented television channel designed to showcase events and personalities within a small market in Bull Shoals, Arkansas. Produced “ The Out of the Norm Show”, an interview and event program, “Fishing with Jackie”, focused on the Bull Shoals Lake/ White River area, “Art for Life”, daily art lessons, “Feel Good, Feel Better”, a daily exercise program. Oversaw strategic planning, business development, training and hiring of personnel, and daily station management. Show development for small market TV in Orange County, Virginia.
