GUEST REGISTRATION POLICIES INFO:

(1) Global M&A Network (GMAN) reserves the right to refuse attendance if the payment is not received prior to the gala. Preference for seating is given to reserved corporate tables on first come basis. Guests check-in by business card.

(2) Guests: Registrations are unique to the firm; and guest attendees must be from the same firm.

(3) Cancellations and Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. We regret that there are no refunds for cancellations. We will offer in-kind credit for cancellations to attend any one of the 2016 scheduled events. GMAN will offer a full refund only if it cancels the event indefinitely. GMAN is not liable for expenses incurred by the delegate such as travel, hotel, etc, and cannot be held liable for any such expenses under any circumstances.

(4) Multiple Delegates: Please provide contact details on all guests as early as possible, and no later than July 25, 2016.

(5) Privacy Protection: GMAN does not barter, share, sell or make your personal data available to third parties.

(6) Attire: Black-tie for the awards or business formal - necktie required. Admission may be refused for inappropriate attire.

(7) Overseas Guests: Please be sure to check with the local USA embassy on entry visa requirements.

(8) Awards Policy: The nominee/winner has read the policies regarding trophy presentations.

(9) Trophies: Firm’s cannot accept winner trophy on behalf of another firm. Trophies are crystal and breakable. So, please be sure to handle with care and take the royal blue carry-on box for safe transportation.

(10) Promotional Materials: Official press release is available next day along with logo’s and testimonials. Photo’s available post editing 3 days later.
