Regular Schedule

Congratulations to both of our Football teams on winning their games versus Rim on Friday night. Junior Varsity won 32-14 while the Varsity raised the "Black Flag" with a 38-0 shutout! Great job Bears. Everyone can still watch the game by going to Fox Sports West Prep Zone Archive and see their excellent coverage of the Varsity game. Next up for our Bears is another traditional nemesis in Rio Hondo Prep again on the road. JV will begin at 4 followed by the Varsity at 7. For those of you that cannot make it, the next game will be home the last Saturday of break October 21st.

The ASB window and design need to be submitted to Ms. Williams in B1 by Thursday as well. If you don’t have your design submitted and approved by Thursday, you cannot decorate your spot.

“Crucible” cast - This is a reminder that today’s rehearsal begins at 3:15 in Room B5/6. We are doing scenes 2.3.1 and 2.3.2. Please check your scene breakdown to see if you need to be at rehearsal.

Juniors and Seniors - Financial Aid Night is tonight at 6:30 pm in the Media Center. In this evening’s presentation parents and students will learn about the financial aid process. We hope you can join us tonight at 6:30 pm to learn the latest in applying for financial aid for college.

College bound sophomores and juniors! You can now purchase the PSAT at the ASB office during your lunch. This preliminary SAT exam will be offered Wednesday, October 25th in the cafeteria. The PSAT is only offered once a year, so take advantage of this opportunity while you can! For juniors on free/reduced lunch, please see Mrs. Newkirk. THIS IS A CORRECTION SOPHOMORES ARE NOT INCLUDED. For those sophomores and juniors not on free/reduced lunch the cost is $15.00.
