MISSION STATEMENT

The Staff of El Rancho Unified School District Early Learning Programs are dedicated to:

1. Create an environment of trust where children grow emotionally, intellectually, socially, and physically.

2. Create a learning place, a place to experience one’s self in relationship to others and to the environment.

3. Create a place of wonder, which provides the opportunity to question, explore, succeed, and celebrate.

4. Create a sharing environment based on the premise that each of us has a unique gift to share…the gift of self.

5. Create an atmosphere of respect where the individual child can develop and maintain a positive self-concept.

6. Create a warm responsive environment to help parents find understanding and support.

VISION STATEMENT

Our vision is to develop a community, parent and staff partnership that is dedicated to supporting our mission in creating an environment and atmosphere that will facilitate critical thinking and problem solving skills that foster self-esteem and an appreciation for diversity in an ever changing society.
