THE SCHEDULE

By this Contract between Celeste Nourse (The Photographer) and The Clients named above it is mutually agreed that The Photographer shall provide services and/or goods as specified in the Schedule below, and that The Clients shall pay The Photographer the amounts due for the said services and/or goods.

If there are any changes in the Schedule please notify the Photographer immediately. We suggest that you contact the Photographer 14 days before the wedding to confirm all arrangements.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is mutually agreed the following Terms of Agreement forms an integral part of this Contract and that no variations or modifications of this Contract shall be effective unless accepted by The Photographer in writing.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of 20% is charged when the Clients sign this Contract. A further 30% is charged when the Photographer meets the Clients to view the venues, or 1 month before the Wedding, whichever is the earlier. These Deposits and any future payments are Non-Returnable (except in the unlikely case of cancellation by the Photographer).
PAYMENTS
Payment of the outstanding balance for the photographs and any other known fee to be made no later than 7 days after receipt by the Clients of contact sheetsor online gallery (as specified overleaf). Photographs will be sent within 10 days of receipt of cleared payment. Payment for additional photographs/disks to be made when these are ordered.
COPYRIGHT
The Photographer retains the copyright of all the photographs produced, but the Clientsare allowed to make copies for non-commercial use.
DIGITAL FILES and PRINTS
The original Digital files shall remain the property of the Photographer. The Clients may make one selection of images to be printed (as agreed above) within 2 years of the Wedding. After this period the Photographer is no longer obliged to supply these prints. The Clients can also purchase reprints and/or a disk of the original Digital files within this period.
FORCE MAJEURE
The due performance of the contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by The Photographer owing to any cause beyond her control. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
CANCELLATION
The Clients may repudiate this contract at any time before the day of the wedding, and incur the loss of any Deposit(s). In the case of cancellation later than 3 weeks before the day of the wedding, payment in full will be due.

I/We have read and fully understand the Schedule and Terms of Agreement of this Contract and realise that this Contract becomes effective immediately.
