All riders will need to produce either their race or road license on the day. You will not be allowed to ride if you can’t produce either one. If the license does not have a photo ID they will need to bring another form of ID . You will also need to read and sign the liability waiver form on the day. One month prior to the race you will be sent a race pack which will contain your bike numbers , itinerary, regulations and directions to the circuit etc.

The cost of this race is £250 per team. If you require a transponder they are £30 per bike.

(For insurance purposes, £10 of the above entry fee will be towards compulsory SD Armada club membership for lead rider)

Transponder Registration

If you wish to have your Plop Enduro results monitored and counted towards prizes then you need to have a race transponder attached to your bike. Most teams also like to know how they performed, who won and which member of the team rode the fastest laps.

We have available a number of transponders, please complete the appropriate section below. For those who may have their own transponders it is important that its number is registered.

Transponders will be issued on the morning of the event and it would be appreciated if they could be collected as soon as registration is open. There will be a £50 refundable deposit to be paid upon collection of your allocated transponder.

Transponders should be mounted in a location where they will not be damaged should a crash occur, you are responsible for the safe return of said item. Do not shield with metal or carbon fibre as this will prevent us reading the signal. Inside the faring, alongside the frame are the best locations – upper faring mounting bolts can be used though please ensure your bolts are long enough!

There is no compulsory requirement to be timed on the day or to use a transponder, but for results to count then one must be fitted.

Do not swap transponders between teams and please ensure that both the transponder and mounting clip are returned as deposits will not be refunded if either is missing.

There will normally be a monitor(s) available throughout the day giving live result information. In the event of monitors not being available at some circuits we visit, printouts will be posted hourly at a designated point.

Following the event, race results and team timings will be posted on the S&D Armada website These will be a pdf file which is easily downloadable and viewable on most computer platforms.
