REQUEST FOR BIDS
2014-2015 FLEET GENERAL SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
The City of Camdenton is soliciting sealed bids for the vehicle fleet general service and maintenance for one (1) year beginning July 1, 2014 and ending June 30, 2015. Bids will be accepted until Tuesday, June 24, 2014, 2:00 PM.
1 Bidder must have the ability to accept a purchase order for service and maintenance and present detailed invoices to the City for completed work. Invoices submitted will be presented to the Board of Aldermen for approval for payment at their regular board meeting the first Tuesday of each month.
2. Bid must include the business staffing ability so as to determine the bidder’s ability to commit to completing the service and maintenance in a timely manner.
3. Although the bid specifications call for service and maintenance a bidder may not have the capability of performing the services of all bids. The City will consider a bid for just Bid #1, Bid #2, or Bid #3 and reserves the right to award any of the bids separately.
4. The successful bidder will be asked to provide a copy of their general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance.
