Accommodation at Forbes of Kingennie
We have 14 luxurious Waterside & Woodland Lodges sleeping from 2 to 10 which provide exceptional accommodation for around 80 guests. The “Jewel in the Crown” is our truly unique Leannan Boathouse (Leannan meaning “Sweetheart” in Gaelic). The 18th Century Boathouse has been restored to provide the Perfect Luxury Retreat for couples.
Kingennie Court North & Kingennie Court South each have 5 twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, a family bathroom and an open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area overlooking the first tee of our 9 hole Golf Course.
Kingennie Court is ideal for larger groups and Stag/Hen parties.

Your Ceremony can be held in our new Buddon Burn Suite or in our Inglesmaldie Suite
Wedding Reception
Our Inglesmaldie Suite can accommodate up to 150 seated guests for your Wedding Meal
and a maximum of 200 guests for your Evening Reception.

Forbes of Kingennie Country Resort is classed as an approved venue
to hold Civil Ceremonies and Civil Partnerships in our Buddon Burn and Inglesmaldie Suites.

Please note that Terms and Conditions apply, Weddings in June, July, and August must have a minimum of 80 adult guests for the Wedding Meal
on a Saturday, and a minimum of 60 adult day guests for the Wedding Meal on a Friday.

Wedding Booking Terms and Conditions
· A £500 Non Refundable, Non Transferable Deposit is required to secure your booking within 14 Days of your Provisional Reservation. This Provisional Booking will be released unless we hear from you within 14 Days. A further deposit payment of £1000 will be payable 6 months prior to your wedding date.
· Please note, even after initial deposit is paid, your booking will not be confirmed until you return a signed copy of these terms and conditions.
· Any accommodation required should be booked and paid for separately with the Lodge Administrator. Please note, we cannot guarantee an early check in (prior to 4.00pm) or a late check out (after 10.00am) for your guests who have booked our self catering lodges. With the exception of the Leannan Boathouse and Kingennie Court, please note that our lodges can only be booked on a minimum three night stay.
