Re: Club Doncaster Titans Mental Health & Wellbeing Tournament

The format will be a Qualifying group stage followed by a league stage for group winners, group runners up
(Dependant on entrants this may change closer to the date) –
Top 2 teams from group stages progressing as winners to a Champions league stage
Bottom 2 teams from group stages progressing as runners up to a Europa league stage.
There will be trophies for the winners and runners up of both the Champions League stage and the Europa league stage.
All matches will be played on a 3G surface.
Changing rooms will be available for use on the day.
Entry fee is £25 per team (a squad of 8 is permitted per team), this is non-refundable and full amount must be paid when confirming your place. There will be no reductions for multiple team entries.

All Entries must be made by August 18th 2017 at the latest and no place will be confirmed without payment.
