Dear Family and Friends of the Helen Morgan School,

On behalf of Helen Morgan School PTO, we would like to introduce ourselves and invite you to participate in our biggest fundraiser of the year, "Talent Show", to be held on January 28 & 29, 2016 at the Sparta High School. The Talent Show has replaced the Tricky Tray at the Helen Morgan School. As we celebrate the success of our students and the contributions they make to our school community and beyond, we are always grateful for the support of the community that has helped our school thrive throughout the years.

We would like to offer our families and friends of our performers the opportunity to support their talented child(ren) in the program. You can submit a 1 line message for your child(ren), or decide to purchase larger space in the program and include a photo. Please send any files electronically to the email listed below. If you have a business that you would like to have highlighted and advertised in the program, we welcome these boosters/donations as well.

Donation options:

“Boosters” are personal messages from family members and friends to their child(ren), neighbors and friends, as well as business advertisements that are published in the Talent Show program. If you plan to submit booster(s), which can include text and black & white graphics/pictures, please send a hardcopy to the school or email an electronic version in final form no later than January 8, 2016. See mailing address below. Please provide payment along with your submission, checks can be made payable to ‘HMS PTO’.

Boosters are available as follows:

Per sentence (approx.. 100 characters including spaces): $5 per line
*1/4 page (i.e. Business card, 1 5/8” height x 4.5” wide): $35
*1/2 page (3.5” H x 4.5” W): $55
*3/4 page (5.25 H x 4.5 W): $85
*Full page (7” H x 4.5” W): $100

* You may choose to make a monetary donation in lieu of an advertisement OR in addition to the booster

All proceeds from the event directly benefit the students of Helen Morgan School. Some of the items funded in the past have been curriculum-based programs, computers, software, smart boards and field trip transportation. With the recent NJ school budget cuts and strict state requirements, our fundraising provides Helen Morgan students with art, music and educational programs that they use throughout their lives.

Our organization is a 501 (c) 3 organization. Our tax ID number is 043-716-457/000.

The students of Helen Morgan School sincerely appreciate your generosity and support. Please understand this is the biggest fundraiser of the school year and the children of our future really depend on the success of this event.
