INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Earthquake Reconstruction & Rehabilitation Authority (ERRA), Islamabad, invites sealed bids from eligible bidder (original manufactures / authorized dealers / distributor / suppliers) registered with Income tax and Sale tax departments / holding NTN for the Provision of services of Repair /Maintenance of Al-Catel Exchange

2.Interested bidders may download the detailed Bidding Documents having specification and terms & conditions from websites of ERRA ( and PPRA ( Bids must be delivered to ERRA HQ office on or before 1000hours on 18-08-2017.Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at 1030 hours on same dayinthe small conference room ERRA HQ Murree Road (Opposite Margalla Town), Islamabad.

3.Single stage one envelope procedure will be adopted. The Bids must be enclosed with 3% Earnest-money of total Quoted Bid Value (Re-fundable), in the shape of a Pay-order or Bank-draft in favour of Deputy Director (Procurement), ERRA HQ, Islamabad.

Bids of firms not meeting the required specifications / criteria will not be entertained.

11.BidSupportingDocuments.

b.IncomeTax andSalesTax Registration Certificate.

c.CompanyProfile including proof of existencein particular business.

d.An affidavit that theFirm/ Company has neverbeenblacklistedbyany Ministry/ Division/ Department/ OrganizationoftheGovernmentofPakistan inthe past.

12.ComplianceInstructions.

a.Quotedratesshould includeallapplicableGoPtaxes.

b.Nocutting/overwritingof theofferedpriceswillbeaccepted.

c.The lowest evaluated bidder will be awarded contract as per contract form.

13.Maximum Time of Delivery.

b.Right to extend timeperiodof deliveryremainswithERRA.
