Harcourt Reading, Language, Writing—Feb. 17-21—12:30-12:45, 1:30-2:50

**Special Notes for this week

On days that MAP testing is going on, we will not have special class, which is scheduled from 12:45-1:30.

At 1:30, pick up healthy snack in lunchroom and then go back to classroom and look up healthy snack on the computer and discuss the benefits of eating the healthy snack for today.

2:50-3:00---Review, closure and prepare for dismissal (bookbags). Bus loading and pickups are on a clipboard on my desk. Please return there.

3:00---1st load---I find it best to go down back hallway between lunchroom and PE gym and go out the back doors. This will put you right at the front buses where Jordan will need to get on.

3:05---Pickups and 2nd load are taken to lunchroom. Also, 2nd load will load directly after and during pickups---take 2nd load when you get ready to load. I find it best to take 2nd load out doors by the gym entrance by trophy cases.

Jennifer Hays will be there to help stay with the pickups and 2nd load while you load 1st load will stay with the rest of pickups while you load 2nd load. If she is not present at school, Mrs. Rachel Jude who helps Chrystal Everette next door to our classroom will help. She has before.
