Meeting called to order: 8:08 PM
Roll Call: Present: Pat Greaney, Andrew Rodeghero, Nick Francone, Jennifer Malinoski, Chris Malinoski, Kate Melody, Ken Marcin, Lisa Swedko, Tim Kuncis

Secretary Report: Motion to accept meeting minutes from 2017--N/A July Meeting Cancelled Treasurer Report: Lisa Swedko went over funds and not much going on because of off-season. Baseball initial deposits coming in. Motion accepted by Nick Francone and Pat Greaney
Open Forum: LTHS would like to use HAC’s small Gator...motion carried

Rec Baseball: Rec Baseball had a successful season as noted by Andrew Rodeghero Fire Baseball:
Travel Baseball will be adding a couple new part-time Fire Baseball teams at 10U and 13U Travel Baseball: Tryouts went well. Deposits for roster spots being collected
Rec Softball: Rec baseball done, all bills paid
Travel Softball: Almost done with tryouts. Check given to Megaplex for upcoming offseason training. Looking into a new facility for next year. Bill Lavery wants to run a tournament at the Complex and would like time slots for Field 2 use.
Rec Basketball: Registration opens Sunday August 13th
Travel Basketball: Time for facilities is in for basketball. 3 Heat, 1 Fire team on boys side. Tryouts in September
Volleyball: Jen Malinoski would like to use D92 schools for Volleyball this coming season
Field Maintenance: Chris Malinoski notes that the fields need more material on them, and also track mix. Would like to do in Fall so it settles. Culver is in need of a new home plate. Mike Aske fixed roof on Culver's shed. The Complex needs a new spreader. Chris Malinoski would like game times staggered so there is ample time to get fields ready in between games. Complex needs new pads and windscreens. Chris wants to get the field crews shorts with names. Culver fences are curling and need repair.
