AAA will be hosting a one day, one judge Open all breed &ApHC show

This show will count toward the AAA 2018 Year End High Point.

General Information

This show will be run in accordance with the rules and regulations of and in the 2018 Official Handbook of the ApHC

and the AAA 2018 Member Handbook.

Any checks returned by the bank will be subject to a $25.00 penalty.

Membership - All persons competing in the ApHC approved classes must be current members of the National ApHC; persons competing shall be defined to include owners and exhibitors. If a current ApHC card is not presented , dues must be paid at that time.

Youth - All youth competing in approved ApHCyouth classes must be AYA members. To receive National points, youth must ride a horse they own or is co-owned.

Non-Pro - All persons entering approved ApHCNon-Pro classes must hold a current ApHC Non-Pro membership card. Horses used by Non-Pro participants must be owned or co-owned.

Verification of Records - Show management must inspect certificates of registration of horses being shown in approved classes. As well as current ApHC Membership cards.

Entries are to be made in the same name of the current recorded owner or owners as indicated by the records in the ApHC office and on the certificate of registration presented. Verbal statements of transfer or photocopies of transfers will not be accepted. If you are showing another person’s horse, the show management must see a copy of the ApHC card for yourself and the owner.

It is the responsibility of the exhibitors to make their classes on time.

The AAA will not be held responsible for missed classes and will not refund class fees. Please let the gate person know ASAP if there is a tack change needed. There will be only one - one minute gate call.

Please be ready to show, as we have a full show schedule and we must maintain a timely progress of classes.

Show Management may combine classes when deemed necessary.

Open All Breed classes are open to any breed horse, and any age rider.
