V1.0.1 Update: List of fixes
1.0.1/1.0.2 updates…
806: Wrong page shown.. League.. not Tournament - When starting a race from the league page, at the end of the first race, you are returned to the league page, where the results are not visible, and start no longer does anything. Fixed. The new behaviour is that the race still starts from league page but returns to the tournament page after the heat is run.
807: Bonus/penalty colours are no longer forgotten when returning to Championship areas
809: Wrong car or missing car. Instances of cars missing from the grid or displaying a previously used car instead of the currently selected car have been fixed
810: Running tournament heats in the wrong order no longer causes problems
811: League standings points were misleading in that drivers who were entered but had not yet raced were assigned a place in the League and awarded points based on that ranking. Drivers who have not yet raced are no longer displayed on results screens.
812: Repeating heats... results not overwritten. Results are now properly updated when heats are re-run
813: Printed Driver Standings.. do not correspond with actual results. Fixed
814: League... Create New Tournament window shows the word "League" in the "type" field. Changed to read "Standard"
815: Cursor is ahead of the editing position in fields/boxes. Fixed
816: When viewing League schedule and Results/League Standings.. Printing sometimes does not work This bug was dependant on the number
of tournaments in the Championship as to whether printing worked or not. Printing now works for any number of tournaments.
817: If the drivers list is scrolled when adding drivers to a tournament, the wrong driver may be inserted. Also applies to removing from the drivers list. Fixed
818: Car animation problems.. observed.. No animation problems found, but several problems have been fixed here. (Including 809 above). Cars now correctly line up with the starting grid (they were sometimes slightly offset, other times out of camera) and there are no longer cars missing.
819: When a driver has raced one heat in a lane and the next heat has the same driver in the other lane, the driver will still have the car that was previously used in that lane rather than the correct one displayed, although the car menu will display the name of the car it should be. Fixed
820: When the same car is in the same lane for more than one heat, or a heat is re-run, cars do not return to the starting grid but stay where they were when the previous race finished. Fixed (see also 818)
821: If a tournament heat is started, but paused and finished before either car crosses the start line, an error occurs when regenerating the Championship screen. Fixed
822: Changed points are now coloured in League standings
823: When an existing championship is loaded and the start button is pressed from the "Leagues" tab, the drivers for the first heat will be loaded into the race area even if the first heat has already been run. Fixed - the correct heat is now selected.
824: Point totals printed from league standings do not agree with what's on the screen. Team totals are incorrect on the screen and the printout. Fixed. Point totals are now correct on the screen and printouts match screen results
825: Only the first heat of a rally tournament shows the car correctly every time. Subsequent heats often show the wrong model. Fixed.
826: On-line racing - remote cars under some circumstances cause a property not found (#pDirection) error on the grid. Fixed.
827: Several problems with the auto update code have been fixed. If an internet connection is present when Sport World v1.0 is launched, a browser will be opened to enable the 1.0.2 download (this is the 1.0.1 update). The 1.0.2 update will take place the first time Sport World is relaunched after the update has been downloaded to the correct folder. If the file has already been downloaded and placed into the ..\SportWorld\Updates folder before the 1.0.1 automatic download has been triggered, one of two things will happen. If an internet connection is present, the user will be presented with an alert saying that Sport World is ready to be updated and must be restarted. The software then exits, and the update takes place next time it is started. If no internet connection is present, the update is carried out automatically with no notification to the user.
V1.0.3 Update: List of fixes
Fixes included are:
In on-line racing when hosting, you can now cancel a second driver.
Various script errors on the starting grid during online racing caused by C9nnn series user defined cars & proxies are fixed.
Script errors when using a virtual driver and Pit board coverage are fixed.
Yellow flag now works correctly if a car deslots on the lap immediately preceding a pit stop, or if a car deslots after missing a pit stop.
When a second set of telemetry is displayed, the scaling of the speed readout for the first is adjusted, if necessary, to ensure that both datasets are scaled to the same factor. This makes comparisons of two different races much more useful.
