Close with a summary of the process: reference checks, personal interview, etc. Let me explain the rest of our process. We have a few more telephone interviews to conduct. Based on the results of those, we will determine who to further evaluate which will entail calling references and inviting for an on-campus interview. We anticipate that we will invite several applicants for an on-campus interview. We should be able to notify you within a week or two whether you will be moved forward in the process.
