Dear Parent/Carer
Your child has been chosen to represent the school in the Y4TAG rugby festival on Thursday 12 October 2017. The event will take place at Darlington Mowden Park from 12.30 pm – 3.00 pm.
Your child will be transported to and from the festival.
As we expect the event to finish about 3.00 pm, your child will be returned to school at approximately 3.30 pm.
Your child will be provided with a Firthmoor PE kit, but it may be advisable for your child to bring a tracksuit and warm jumper to wear whilst they are not playing.
Your child may bring water or a soft drink, but it is the child’s responsibility to look after their own drink.
Please complete and return the attached consent slip.
Please note - the return slip MUST be handed to Miss True by 9.00 am on TUESDAY 10 OCTOBER 2017 AT THE VERY LATEST if you want your child to participate. If the consent slip is not received by this time, your child’s place will be allocated to someone else.
