Dear Valued Members:
As a member, you are an owner of Hilltoppers. It takes an army of people to get the pool ready; landscaping, painting, cleaning, concrete work, electrical work and so much more. If you have special skills that might help, please let us know.
Work days begin at 8:30 am on April 29th, May 6th, 13th, 20st and 27th(dates will be added as necessary).
If you are able to work other days not listed, please let us know. As always, children 9 years of age and younger MUST be accompanied by an adult. Anyone needing community service hours (i.e., high school students) are encouraged to help out. Please do your share as an owner and plan to help out several hours.
Our water bill decreased DRAMATICALLY last year due to the very hard work that is being done to reseal the pool. This year will be a challenge as we are going to attempt work on the deep end. Anyone with concrete or pool experience please contact Salle (618-799-8001) as we can sure use you!
Helping hands are always needed, however, if you are unable to help out, please feel free to add a small donation to go towards supplies and other things needed to open. We ask that every family bring two cases of water and if you would like to donate Gatorade, please be sure they are the smaller bottles. Cleaning and other supplies are also needed.
Gators (Swim Team)-Same fees as last year! Please pay swim team dues on a separate check. All swimmers must be a member of the pool (see above fees). Registration fees to swim on the team are only$20per swimmer (additional children $10). Remember, our best deal is the family membership so all can enjoy!
All comments to help make our pool amazing are welcome! We are looking for members to email us to become members of the board, snack bar and maintenance committees and swim team help. We must have member involvement this season and keep bringing new people in to keep this place alive and thriving!
If you are unable to attend the Membership Drive party Thursday, April 13th from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at The Falls, please mail the attached completed application and a check made payable to Hilltoppers Swim Club to P.O. Box 343, Dupo, IL 62239. Checks received before April 13th can benefit from the special party rates listed in the flyer.
