Sierra called meeting to order at 11:15a.m.
Minutes from 2/11/13 were motioned for approval.
Approval granted by G.S.A. and Veterans Association
Native American Club—Approved by International Club and Veterans Association
Eva DeCharleroy approved as OCCA Representative.

Questions from audience:
· Health Services available on campus and/or in the community for our students?
· Health and Wellness Fee
· Parking lots/lack of available parking
· Smoking/Smoking violations
· Job fair for students—One is scheduled for April 4, 2013 or see the CAL Center
· How can we get students more interested in their student government to avoid officer appointments instead of elections
· Why can’t students use the YMCA during “family time”? Why isn’t the weight room open? Gym?
· Why can’t athletic teams work out in Y at certain times?
· Is there day care provided?
· Where does the Health and Wellness Fee go? Breakdown (%) as to where it goes?
· Transfer question Dual enrollment vs. 2 + 2? Paying fee for application when transferring to a SUNY school.
· Convergent Media question
· Student advisement issues
· Student athletes getting PEH credit for playing a sport
· How do we get more students involved in Arts Across Campus? Selection of programs offered, participation in selection process?
· How many OCC student art pieces are purchased and placed on campus?
If there are any additional questions that were not covered, please follow-up with members of the Executive Committee who will properly refer the question to get it answered.
