Christmas Concert and Nativity play
All classes are busy getting ready for our Concert, which is taking place on Fri 18 December. We hope many of you will be able to come along and support the children. Doors will open at 10.30am and the show starts at 10.45am. Entrance to this will be £2 for adults; children under school age are free. We will be having a raffle to raise money for school funds. Raffle tickets will be £1 per strip.Some classes have also been making some Christmas gifts which will be on sale on the day.

Community involvement
- All classes had Judo taster sessions
- P4-P7 classes had Fencing taster sessions on Friday 4 December with Fencing Scotland. Please check our website for further information. We will be running a lunchtime fencing club in school next term for upper school children. Letters to follow – please check schoolbags.
- P5 were at Partick Libraryon Tuesday 1 December to celebrate the 90th birthday of this library.
- P6 are also going along to Partick Library on Tuesday 8 December
- P5 went to Kelvingrove Park for a workshop about birds on Wednesday 2December
- A group of P6-P7 pupils represented our school at a Basketball tournament at Knightswood Secondary. Theyreached the quarter finals of this - Well done!
- A team of pupils from P6 &P7 took part in an inter-school Badminton tournament at Scotstoun.They came third place overall. Congratulations to them!
- Agroup of pupils from P7 took part in a Dance competitionwhich was organised by Active Schools Co-ordinator. Everyone had a great time.
- Following their visit to the Tramway Theatre last month, as part of the Turner Prize, P6 &P7 took part in a ballet workshop in school.
