RESEARCH AND ANALYTICAL EXPERIENCE
Research Experience
Evolutionary morphology, paleoanthropology, evolutionary quantitative genetics, evolutionary theory, human and primate skeletal biology, medical gross anatomy, biological anthropology.
Analytical Experience
Advanced training in univariate and multivariate statistics including multiple regression and mixed-modeling, evolutionary and mathematical modeling and simulations, non-parametric statistics, and phylogenetic comparative methods.
Specializing in R statistical language programming but training in SAS Statistical Analysis and JMP. Experience with cluster computing resources.
Data Collection
Utilizing 3-D Microscribe and digital calipers to collect data on human and non-human primate postcrania from the upper and lower limbs, pelvis and scapula. Linear measurements on mouse postcrania with Amira 3D analysis software.
