1.  DSP-08043 was approved for Royal Farms at Sansbury Crossing. Submit two (2) copies of the approved certified DSP-08043/01 sheet 12 of 18 (site details and notes) that is drawn to scale, as part of this permit package. This sheet has all the building and canopy signage shown on it.

2.  Once revised plans addressing the above comments have been submitted, review will continue and additional comments may be generated based on the revised plans. Submit all requested information in one package.

3.  June 28, 2017 – This permit is for a 4.42 sq. ft. building sign on the rear of the building. When reviewing this permit, I do not see where this sign permit was approved as part of DSP-08043/01. All signage in the MXT zone must be approved by the Planning Board.

Per PGCPB No. 16-71, pg. 7 – Building-Mounted Signs – The applicant proposes two building-mounted signs, which feature the business logo. And, there is no second sign shown on the building elevations for the rear elevation, there is a second sign shown on the front building elevation so that sign I can justify.

If you can demonstrate to me the Planning Board approved this sign, then I will be able to approve this sign permit. Otherwise, a revision to DSP-08043 would be required to include the 13’ 3” X 4” = 4.42 sq. ft. sign into the signage details and the signage percentage chart for signage area divided between the building and canopy.

July 21, 2017 – Per response to above comments: We acknowledge the absence of a second sign on the rear elevation of the DSP-08043 and will be retracting this permit application. Response letter scanned into Permit Tracking on 7/12/2017.
