1 Entries can be accepted from residents of Ashton-under-Hill and
neighbouring villages.

2 No exhibitor may put more than one competetive entry in a Class.

3 Exhibits in Sections "A", "B" & "C" must have been grown by

the exhibitor.

4 In Section "D", exhibits in Classes 37 & 38 (Pot Plants) must have

been in the possession of the exhibitor for at least 6 months prior

to the show.

5 All entries in Section J, Photography, must have been taken by the entrant.

6 The Marquee will be open for competitors to bring their

entries from 8-10am on Saturday 3rd September 2016 and will then

be closed for judging until the Show opens.

No entries will be accepted after 10am

7 The decisions of the Judges will be final.

8 Exhibitors must supply their own containers and vases.

9 While the Organising Committee will take every possible care,

they cannot be liable for any loss or damage from any cause.

10 Cups or prizes awarded for best combined entries in SECTIONS A-D, E, G and F, prizes for each CLASS in SECTION F (Childrens)

as shown below, will be presented at the at the prize-giving at 5.00pm
