Conducted by Bureau of Primary Care & Rural Health
Surveys were sent to all Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) licensed in the State of Missouri.
As of January 1, 2012, there are 25,457 LPNs with a Missouri license. Of these 23,502 reside in Missouri. Only 2,312 (9.1%) participated to the Web SNAP Survey.
2,178 indicated that they work as an LPN in Missouri or they live in Missouri and are unemployed, retired, or work outside of nursing.
