Guest room block is saved January 31 and February 1, 2018 at the discounted conference rate of $139 for standard garden view guest rooms. The group rate is based on single or double occupancy per room per night. (A charge of $20.00 will be made for each additional adult after a double occupancy room.) Room rates subject to Taxes (currently) totaling 12.5%. Conference rates will be provided three (3) days pre and three (3) days post after the scheduled conference dates, based on continued availability as determined by Hotel and provided the hotel’s forecasted occupancy is 79% or less. Should the forecasted occupancy be 80% or higher, the best available rate/room type will be quoted at the time of the reservation. Participation in the February Forum is limited to 50 registrants. Recent participants (and those scheduled to be on the agenda), must confirm their attendance by December 15th. This size limit has been kept in the spirit of carrying on with the concept of a manageable “round table” discussion forum.
