PROJECT MANAGER (ESTATES)

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to plan, execute and supervise construction of major A&A works in Hong Kong. Major responsibilities include project planning, progress monitoring, quality and budgetary control; review and vetting of design drawings and construction materials, liaison and collaboration with government authorities, consultants, contractors as well as internal departments.

Applicants should be a member of HKIA/RIBA/HKIE or equivalent and holder of Degree in Structural Engineering/Architectural Studies. He/She should possess 10 years’ post qualification experience, preferably gained in retail, shopping mall and/or hotel environment. Good in detailing and able to coordinate and finalize design drawings with good sense and creativity are essential. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, design co-ordination and people management skills with good commercial sense. Work closely with different stakeholders to ensure the project activities and requirements are completed in high quality, cost-effective manner and within the time frame. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Powerpoint and AutoCad, etc.
