RULES & CONDITIONS

·  -The Committee, Vogrie Equestrian Centre and all other organisers accepts no responsibility for damage, accident, injury or loss to animals, owners, riders, spectators, vehicles, tack or property whatsoever.

·  -The Committee reserves the right to cancel/alter/split classes as necessary.

·  -All times are approximate and the Committee accepts no responsibility for anyone missing his/her class, overlapping classes or entering the wrong class. (Entry money will not be refunded.) Judges decisions are final.

·  -Entry fees will only be refunded if the class is cancelled or the class is full.

·  -Complaints must be lodged in writing with a £20 fee to the Secretary within 1 hour of the class finishing. The fee will only be returned if the complaint is upheld.

·  -Anyone behaving in a manner deemed to be unfit by the Committee will be asked to leave.

·  -All persons on horseback must wear headgear with a 3 point retaining harness that meets BSEN 1384 (or equivalent) standard. It is advised that riders wear headgear that meets PAS 015 (or equivalent) standard.

·  -Stallions must be handled by a responsible person over the age of 14.

·  Ponies 14.2hh and under, Horses over 14.2hh.

·  -In the event of show cancellation due to bad weather no monies will be refunded. The show will be rescheduled and where competitors cannot attend refunds will then be made less £2 admin costs.

·  -EACH competitor must pay a compulsory £1 first aid cover with the completed entry form. Entries will not be accepted unless payment is made & no refund will be given.

·  -Closing Date for entries Monday 23rd April 2012. Competitor numbers should be collected from the Secretary’s Tent on the day of the show

·  N.B. Field entries will only be accepted if the competitor is entered in one or more classes already.
