6.A.Approve change order

  • NorthJacksonElementary School change order to rework the preschool playground area to accommodate the proposed playground equipment at a cost of $1,588.00.
  • NorthJacksonElementary School change order to add quadruplex outlets in kitchen office area at a cost of $365.00.
  • NorthJacksonElementary School change order to add new door from corridor to waiting area at a cost of $1295.00.
  • NorthJacksonElementary School change order where the erector of the steel trusses damaged a window frame and we are asking that the cost for the repairs be ducted from the contract of Service Drywall Co. Inc.. To repair damage to window frame a deductive change order in the amount of ($245.00) and additive change order in the amount of $245.00. There should be no charge to the Board of Education for this change order.
  • NorthJacksonElementary School change order to add future sanitary force main piping for ball field restrooms in the future at a cost of $10,859.00.
